Austentatious - the living Gromit

After creating a show garden for The Grand Appeal at the RHS Malvern Show in 2024, we were very excited to be involved with The Grand Appeal’s Gromit Unleashed 3 trail in the summer of 2025. Ten years after the first trail, 52 more Wallace & Gromit character statues were installed in iconic locations across the city of Bristol and the surrounding area.

Austentatious was the first living Gromit and we helped ensure that this topiary masterpiece looked his best throughout the summer. The sculpture was sponsored by and located at The Kendleshire golf club in North Bristol.

After the trail, the scultures were auctioned to raise an amazing £2million for The Grand Appeal - the Bristol Children’s Hospital charity - with Austentatious going for £20,000!
