Meet the designers
Ammil Garden Design is a Bristol based company consisting of two designers, Isabel and Suzy. We both achieved a diploma with distinction at the Garden Design School in Bristol and share a love of designing gardens that work for our clients and have a low environmental impact. The majority of our work takes place in the South West but we are happy to consider clients from further afield.
Suzy Dean
After 20 years working in the NHS I decided it was time to swap healing hands for green fingers. My design journey started with an MA in Architectural Interior Design from Inchbald School of Design in London but my love of plants won out and I carried my love of design and the outdoors into my Diploma at the Garden Design School in Bristol.
Isabel Devaney
A love of plants and the outdoors drew me to a career in garden design, following seven years organising events for charity and educational organisations. I relish the challenge of working with a brief and existing site constraints to find creative solutions and produce a beautiful and flourishing garden. As well as my Diploma in Garden Design I have completed the RHS Level 2 Certificates in the Principles of Horticulture and the Principles of Garden Planning, Establishment and Maintenance.
